A clean, well-kept unit, it is flooded with light, and at 1,128 sq.ft. and an asking price of $538,000, it’s price per square foot is approximately 70% of Waikiki’s average – a good buy indeed.
With its sweet tiled open air lanai, open floor plan, and built-in cabinets throughout, it is move-in ready for the fortunate buyer that snaps this one up.
Modernized and Remodeled Aloha Towers Condo
Another to consider is unit #Ewa2201 (MLS# 1203717) – the Ewa designation places this unit in the Ewa tower, the one fronting Lewers St.
Though this is more expensive per square foot than #DH405, this architect owned unit has been thoroughly updated, remodeled, and modernized to a very high standard. Views like this usually don’t come cheap, but at 1,098 sq.ft. with a list price of $599,000, the price per square foot of this lovely unit comes in at 80% of Waikiki’s average.

Aloha Towers are two well maintained buildings in the heart of Waikiki that provide spacious view oriented spaces for good value – and one more thing. If you’re a pet owner, these are pet friendly units, so pet-friendly, they even provide a grassy dog run for the urban pooch.
