Friday Night Summer Buffet at the Mauna Lani Bay Terrace

It’s Summertime and the Eating is…Well…Delicious at the Mauna Lani Hotel.

Looking for something to do on a Friday night this summer along the Big Island’s Kohala Coast? Why not give the buffet at the Mauna Lani Bay Terrace a try?

With a sushi station, lobster tails, prime rib, and oh so much more (I mean, who isn’t intrigued by soy stained potato salad with soy truffle aioli?) in a relaxed, comfortable environment with ocean views and plenty of space for kids to run around – it’s the perfect place to kick back and fill your ‘opu with fine grinds. And if I know the Mauna Lani, there’s bound to be live music playing somewhere nearby and gorgeous men in loin cloths lighting the tiki torches at sunset.

Did I mention there’s a 15% Kama’aina discount? Which gets me thinking…our Broker-in-Charge from Oahu, David Buck, is visiting the Big Island with his family this week, and wouldn’t you know it, Oahu counts as part of Hawaii! 😉

We could all go tonight and flash our driver’s licenses’ (my husband, Dave, calls it his “golf discount card”) and receive some clams off our bill. Clams on my plate, clams off my bill – sounds delectable to me!
