Price List Released For Second Phase of Hokulani Golf Villas on Maui

Finally, Hokulani is back on track. After a very slow recovery, there are only three homes currently available. This makes it the perfect time to start up construction again. They have released the price list for the next phase of development and they range from $750K up to $1.233M.

Sophisticated Homes at Hokulani Golf Villas

Signature Homes has created sophisticated architecture along with a well balanced floor plan. They have put the focus on the kitchen, great room, and master bed and baths. The homes have high ceilings and doors with windows in all the right places. They really are comfortable, stylish beachy homes.

Stunning Location

Hokulani Golf Villas is nestled on the slopes of Haleakala – just below the Ranch. It is surrounded by the Elleair Golf Course with shopping and Maui’s famed beaches below. The views are dramatic, the homes stunning, and the property itself, immaculate. There are six different floor plans to choose from.

Feel free to contact me if you are interested in the new release price list.

Aloha Kristina,

Mahalo for the update on Hokulani Golf Villas. I think this is a great project for someone looking for the Wailea feel and level of quality but doesn’t want to pay Wailea prices. Didn’t you work on this development team for a while?

HI Jeremy! No, however the company I used to work for had the listings. I do however have a client that owns a unit, one of the single level floor plans-I had it listed during the mortgage meltdown–so it is currently tenant occupied until March of 2013.
I have the price list for the new release (just call if you would like me to forward it to you) and they are offering some amazing financing….and will be updating my blog with more details shortly………..this financing is like none other currently available on Maui…..very refreshing!!

I’ve always liked that subdivision. What do you think the impact will be with the potential “mall” developments along Piilani Highway?

UGH! Ken-that new strip mall………..what can I say-it is on its way-no matter how we feel about it.
Personally, I would like to see Kihei get smarter in their growth…..really Maui altogether for that matter…..
it reminds me of the movie with Kevin Costner “if they build it, they will come”
well, this isn’t an Iowa corn field but yes, I am afraid that they will come…………
and I am not anti-deveopement…….I am all for smart/intelligent/well thought out developement.
When you look at Hokulani, for intstance, they on built an nth of what the county would have allowed. The developer (Signature Homes) wanted a certain feel, wanted green space and open vistas. That is so very apprent when you walk the property. I would like to see more of this type of product-where it is not about the bottom line on a spreadsheet, but about a place where you are proud to be a part of, a place you are honored to call home…………
