Annie & Karen- Yes the next person who can see the value of the Puako neighborhood and realize the scarcity of affordable options will be the winner. Keep in mind the Seller paid in excess of 500k for this unit just a few years ago. Many owners are in this situation and may want to sell but can’t afford to take a loss.
