Hawaii Life is thrilled to announce that we’ve hired Jeff Simon, REALTOR, to be the Broker-In-Charge of our office in the resort community of Wailea on Maui. Jeff is a very well-known and respected broker in the Wailea community. He has served as the Principal Broker of his family’s company, Simon Properties, and has been practicing real estate in South Maui for over a decade.

Jeff graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in accounting. He worked as a C.P.A. for Coopers & Lybrand in Newport Beach, California. In 1993, he graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School, then returned to California to practice law for seven years with the law firm Keesal, Young & Logan. There he worked with the business litigation group for the first five years, and then the corporate (transactional) department for the next two years. Jeff’s parents (Dick and Anne-Marie) suggested that he join them in the family real estate business, and after having his two wonderful children, William and Katie, he decided to take them up on their offer. In 2001, Jeff and his family moved to Maui to join Simon Properties, where he served as their Principal Broker. Jeff’s father, Richard (Dick) Simon, will join Jeff at Hawaii Life while his mother, Anne-Marie, has since retired.
Jeff’s professional background has given him a skill set to provide his clients with a level of service way that’s way beyond what’s typically available from most real estate professionals. That same skill set will prove invaluable in his role as the Broker-In-Charge of Hawaii Life’s Wailea office. Wailea, and South Maui in general, is one of the hottest and most competitive real estate markets in all of Hawaii. We’re thrilled to have a Broker-In-Charge on Maui who not only has a calm demeanor, but also the experience and background to represent Hawaii Life.
And, let’s get to the good stuff: Jeff was on the Men’s Golf Team at U.S.D. for four years! (So, we’ll have him well-trained in smartphone technology). He has two teenage children on Maui, and he also enjoys coaching (soccer, basketball, baseball, and golf).
For Hawaii Life, we get the best of both worlds: an absolute professional who lives and loves life on Maui. Welcome aboard, Jeff!
