Wailea Elua: Maui Luxury Condos Oceanfront to Ulua Beach

The whales have been just incredible this winter, I just never tire of watching them.

Those fortunate enough to be in an ocean view condo during the whale season can watch the whales from their lanais. I just cannot think of anything better to watch for hours on end. The ocean is just as mesmerizing, between the waves, whales, and people watching – life is good.

One of the great complexes in Wailea is the Wailea Elua, which is viewed as a destination resort and one of the few Wailea luxurious oceanfront complexes, which spans the entire length of Ulua Beach.

Ulua Beach: A Premier Maui Beach

Ulua Beach is one of my favorites – with a nice easy access to the beach, it is a premier beach for swimming, snorkeling, and diving with fish laden lava points on either side. The fish are abundant, and when the waves are breaking, the boogie boards are fun too.

About Wailea Elua

Wailea Elua has one, two, and three-bedroom condos set on just under 24 acres giving this property a wonderful low density tropical feel. It also has access via a private gate to the very popular Wailea Beach walk giving you access to restaurants and shopping, and of course, walking and more whale watching. Each unit has its own private lanai and some units also have a garage – and the complex is adjacent to the Wailea Blue golf course.

So, do not put off being a member of such a great community. The owners have their annual homeowners meeting in early March and turn it into a week of activities including a golf tournament, an open house, a tour of the grounds, and a dinner. It is a nice way for all the homeowners to meet and interact. If you have ever thought of becoming a property owner in Maui, do not rule out this wonderful complex.
