Maui

Sold: 8-Acre Haiku Maui Land

I just recently closed this 8-acre piece of real estate in Haiku, Maui. I loved this part of Haiku, mainly because I live just up the street and have always admired this property.

Located on Kauhikoa Rd., this land is just minutes to Haiku Town, and five minutes to Hookipa Beach for surf and windsurfing. I hope you enjoy the video.

If you are looking for Haiku Maui real estate, this has been my backyard for over 37 years. There are a variety of homes from small lots to 2-acre plantations homes available. If you are looking at selling, give me a call to discuss marketing of your property through Hawaii Life’s most highly searched website in the Hawaii.

Kauhikoa Road is great for bicyclists since it does not have a lot of traffic for us. When I travel to Maui from Oahu and stay at my parents place, I used to travel this area quite a bit. The roads are really nice due to the fact that they are paved. This area is fantastic since it is close to Kaupakalua Road as well as being close to the older part of Haiku by the Cannery.

Hookipa Beach is one of my favorite rest stops. It has a great area for wind surfing tucked in one corner of the beach. The people are warm and friendly. It is all down hill to the beach on a bicycle. Uphill coming back but well worth the ride. The sunsets are just stunning. Kauhiloa I feel is truly relaxing. Great job on the video.

Tony, thanks for the visit, you truly do get it about Kauhikoa area. Its been my backyard for 25 years. I also love the people, the location to Haiku town, Hookipa Beach where I been surfing for years. To me it has perfect weather, rain to keep it fresh and green, and perfect temperatures.
