3 Big Island Oceanfront Homes Under $1 Million

Currently, there are three oceanfront homes in Kailua Kona for under $1 million. All three are just adorable, but perhaps my favorite is the home next to Honl’s Beach, currently listed for $895,000.

1. 75-5916 Alii Drive

This home (MLS# 250280) is old Hawaii-style with a covered lanai running the length of the home. The elevated platform by the sea wall is perfect for viewing the Kailua Bay. It is in a prime location close to town, restaurants, and shopping.

Unlike many oceanfront homes, this cottage has a large grassy yard with rockwalls and big, beautiful trees.

What a view! Perfect getaway and a very sweet vacation rental.

2. 78-6654 Alii Drive (This is the Lowest Priced Oceanfront Home)

Number two on the list (MLS # 244990) is located close to Kona’s premier snorkeling beach, Kahalu’u Beach Park and is listed for $699,000.

This charming 1 bedroom/2 bath is nestled sweetly on the shoreline and enhanced by the uncomparable ocean and coastline views from the expansive lanai. There are architectural plans for a second story addition.

Kahalu’u Beach Park offers swimming, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and boogie boarding; you can also see tropical fish, sea turtles, and spinner dolphins here.

3. 78-6662 Alii Drive

Third on the list (MLS# 244577) is listed for $995,000.

This 1 bed/1 bath is perfect for a private retreat, or a popular vacation rental.

Location, location, location. Delightful, delightful, delightful.

All three are vacation rentals and may only be shown when vacant. Call for availability and I will do my best to accommodate you.

A Hui Hou,
Sharon

Nice blog Sharon, One of these is already in escrow, sold by busy Hawaii Life agent Erik Hinshaw!
If anyone is interested. act now. Prices are level but moving upward slowly on the oceanfront in Kona!

Heidi, nice to see our market coming back, even if slowly. I certainly am seeing more people making buying decisions this year. It will be an exciting one I feel.
