Just Listed – Princeville Paniolo Bank-Owned (REO) Condo For Sale

Are you looking for a great buy on a bank-owned (REO) property in Princeville? I just listed this first floor end condominium (MLS# 251048). It offers views out to a tree-lined path to Anini Beach and beyond to the Prince Golf Course.

This unit has 1,058 square feet with one bedroom and 2 bathrooms. This is a great floor plan that gives you lots of flexibility. Start with a large entry, then on one side you have a kitchen, dining and living area, and bathroom. On the other side is a bedroom/sitting area with a full bathroom. You can live in the entire condo, or live in one side and rent the other, or rent out each side separately. This unit has two lanais, tiled floors throughout, and the bathrooms have been remodelled. The condominium needs work, but is being offered for $134,900.

Carol, what an awesome deal! I use to live in this complex in 2001 and loved every minute of it. Being so close to the library, restaurants, grocery store, Princeville Fitness club and now the St. Regis. What a score at this price. I am preparing my offer today.

I guess I got lucky, because it is now mine. A very good value, a bit of fix-up has been needed. The location is awesome for a single guy like me. All in all, I am loving it so far.
      Thanks to all involved.

Does Paniolo at Princeville have an association? If so, does anyone know the contact information for either the association president or board member and/or management company? If so, please let me know. Thank you for any help you can provide.
