New Kihei condo listings for the week included a short sale in upscale Maui Meadows at just under $1M and an entry level Kihei condo near Kamaole I Beach at $150,000. There were also two new listings at Kamaole Sands and a spectacular ocean view 2-bedroom at Menehune Shores.
