Kahala condo activity for the past 6 months shows an average of 40 days on market for closed sales. Below are some of the 3-bedroom condos that are currently available.

Tropic Gardens is a great project. I’m curious David, which is your favorite of the Kahala Towhnhome projects in that area: Waialae Gardens, Tropic Gardens or Tropicana Village?

@David – Favorite is Waialae Gardens as I own a unit there. Though that is subjective and each one has it’s own benefits over the others.
