The money is moving to Hawaii luxury real estate condos.

It seems that the real estate market is moving along quite well in some luxury markets. The good thing about that is that the rest of the market follows the luxury market. 7 of the 8 luxury condos that went under contract recently went under contract within 2 months.

Here are 3 that went into escrow quickly:

Hokua at 1288 Ala Moana

1. Hokua at 1288 Ala Moana #18C (MLS# 110149), listed at $1,888,000. This oceanfront luxury high-rise condominium has magnificent amenities and views. It is 1,524 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 parking spaces. It went under contract within 10 days.

Waikiki Beach Tower 3002

2. Waikiki Beach Tower #3002 (MLS# 1109449), listed at $1,888,000. This Waikiki luxury condo has 1,025 square feet with perfect views of world renown Waikiki Beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 parking space. It went under contract within 5 days.

Tahitienne LLC 501-02

3. Tahitienne Inc. #501-02 (MLS# 1108961), listed at $1,995,000 This Gold Coast condo is directly on the beach while the previous 2 units are across the street from the ocean. This one has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 parking spaces. The interior living space is 1,693 sq. ft. This unit went into escrow in 8 days.

Granted, for luxury oceanfront condos, these are reasonably priced. It is not unusual for these to be in the $2 million range, so getting one under $2 million is great. If you missed these great luxury condos, consider this one—it is one of my favorites—mostly because the square footage is amazing for the price and the view is spectacular.

One Waterfront Tower #4502, listed at $1,800,000 (MLS# 1109915), is an amazing value for 4,475 square feet of living space. Truly incredible—most houses aren’t this big. It has 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms with 2 parking spaces. It has 3 levels and panoramic views of, well, everything. It has Asian design features and the price is unbeatable for what this place offers.
