I couldn’t help but reminisce the past at the recent Broker’s Open featuring various Wailea homes for sale, particularly when we arrived at 3934 Waakuala St. at Wailea Golf Estates (MLS# 328435).

You see, I know this property very well. In fact, I was the agent who sold the land to the buyer who built the home. I was also assigned to oversee the construction of this luxury Wailea home, and I represented the seller in selling the property in the year 2000. It sold for $3,400,000 then. Now, the property is listed for $5,900,000. In November of 2005, it sold for $5,650,000.
