Won’t the Tripler guys have access to VA loans? does this other company do loans higher than the VA?? what about the funding fee?

Tony, on the VA question, yes would go 100% vs. 96.5% LTV for VA. Funding fee can be confirmed with them. On Diamond Head, we have an accepted offer to lender, backup offer & a list of people 40-50 deep in case it falls out of escrow!
