October saw a bit more movement in Maui Real Estate then in the past months. For the month of October, 71 homes, 61 condos and 8 land sales were recorded.

The Median price of homes rose to $487,000 and $400,842 for Condos.  Land declined to a Median of 382,450 (only 8 lots sold). The average Days on Market were 193 for homes, 143 for Condos, and 384 for Land.
